A play about love, deceit, excessive wine consumption, and navigating infidelity and relationship breakdown. There is also inadvertent Satan worship and accidental demonic conjuration. There's also a quirky demon in it with a big wang.
SAVING GRACE is a Dire original play and the second installment of the DIRE SUPERNATURAL TRILOGY following 'Albert & Jameson: A Play with Vampires'. After a messy breakup, Grace is unsure of what to do with her newly single life. Concurrently, Azurah'elsha'bhodi the demon, or Bhodi to his mum, is trying desperately to keep his welfare cheque. After a colossal bureaucratic balls up and a wine fuelled ouija board experience, Bhodi the demon finds himself sent to earth to bring about the apocalypse, despite the fact he is a sensitive artiste with zero motivation, and Grace finds a naked demon with a six foot wang in her living room. In order to prevent Armageddon both Grace and Bhodi must find a human willing to sign their soul away to The 'Downstairs Realm' for eternity of their own free will before the multiverse collapses.
Currently in it's final developmental stages, SAVING GRACE will be staged mid 2022.
